We tried a new tasty dish this evening from a recipe that Jess found. Gnocchi (pronounced no-key) is an Italian food--potato dumplings. They were quick and easy to make, and I thought they were yummier than Jess did.
We put some spaghetti sauce on them with a small can of mushrooms for good measure. I think that a little bit of chicken would be tasty in it, too.

I thought they were yummy too... just not in large quantities. A little gnocchi can go a long way.
I've had gnocchi before and it's delicious. I bet the homemade ones were fabulous. They look really good from the photos. Jess can cook!

So it turned out pretty good? I might need to try it now. I don't know if Paul will like it, he's not so big on Italian, but we'll see. :)
